I’m a Principal, can I purchase the EagleEyED™ platform for just my school?

Yes! We make it easy for individual schools to purchase, set up and launch the solution all on their own using our easy onboarding guide.

How does EagleEyED™ help my district make schools safer?

We believe that if you have good data collected from your schools everyday, it will make it easier for you to make data driven decisions. EagleEyED™ 's Safety, Security & Accountability platform helps you gather that information.

Is it difficult to implement EagleEyED™ in my district?

While change management is difficult in any organization, our platform is user-friendly and anyone who can operate a smartphone can use it. We partner with you for configuration and user-training.

In my K-12 school district who would be the users of the EagleEyED™ platform?

Each district implements our platform using various staffing models. Your school-based administrators will be entering information into the platform about their observations and they will also be consumers of the data and analytics. School-based security staff, facilities teams and district staff assist in gathering the data to help improve the district’s school safety programs.

Does it matter what our current procedures or technology usage is?

No, EagleEyED™ is intended to help districts track what they are actually doing and to make sure it is what they intend to be doing. Using this data, districts will improve fidelity of implementation of their programs.

Is the data gathered easy to review?

Yes, on our dashboards your data is easily accessible and formatted to help K-12 districts tell their “story” regarding their safety and security programs.

I’ve seen products like this, what makes this one different?

EagleEyED™ was designed from the ground up by practitioners in the areas of physical and cybersecurity with experience in K-12. The platform is meant to support school administrators in doing their jobs every day.

Can EagleEyED™ integrate with any of my existing systems?

EagleEyED™ can integrate with various systems in the K12 space as long as there is an available API from that provider.

How long does it take to train users on EagleEyED™?

Our EagleEyED™ platform is intended to be easy to use and intuitive, training can be done in just a few minutes to get your staff up and running and providing actionable data.

What if there is something related to School Safety that I don't see in the application, can I build custom modules in EagleEyED™?

We will work closely to understand your school or district's needs and we are able to build new modules for customers to satisfy those needs. (or something similar)

Isn't this just more work for our staff who are already busy?

While any process may require a bit of time, not only does our platform reduce the overall time staff have to spend on school safety related compliance issues, but it also empowers the users to be part of the process while helping establish clear support. (or something similar)
